We implement innovative technology to create plastic pellets and mono-sheets that will be used locally in their respective region, minimising the importation of recycled materials and reducing carbon generated from logistics and transportation.

Enviroo is focused PET packaging recycling which is reflective of the consumption habits of the fast pace of modern life we have become accustomed to. This also means throw-away packaging is here to stay. Recent research shows that more than 40 percent of consumers are snacking while on the move at least once a week (Reference: Roper Reports Worldwide https://www.gfk.com/home ) Enviroo is focused on providing sustainable recycled material for food packaging which meets society’s demands.

    PET plastic waste is collected by waste operators and purchased by Enviroo for processing

    Enviroo will process the plastic waste through a wash line that will produce the flakes

    The flakes are transferred to an extruder which turns them into pellets to create polymers

    The pellets are used to create pre-moulds for bottles by bottling manufacturers

    The pre-moulds are blown into bottles ready for distribution and consumer consumption
